Milk Peda Recipe

Ingredients:
Condensed milk 1tin
Khoya (crumbled) 2 cups
Cardamom powder little bit
Ghee 2 Tsp
Chopped pistachios few ( for garnish purpose)
Method:
Step 1
Take a fresh khoya & crumbled it.Then take a non-stick kadhai.
Step 2
Put the crumbled khoya & condensed milk in the kadhai and mix together.
Step 3
And start to cook on the medium fire and cook the mixture till it became thick and becomes a mass.
Step 3
Mix Cardamom powder in it.
Step 4
Switch off the burner & let cool down the mixture to normal temperature.
Step 5
The mixture appearance sleek on its own therefore doesn't need to knead.
Step 6
Put some Oil drops on your palms and make balls and Make pedas.
Step 7
Decorate it with sliced pistachios.
Step 8
Cool it in refrigerator & serve.
Note:
Overcooking may create it dry.
