Chili Cheese Sandwich is an easy breakfast/snack recipe popular among many people coming from all age group. Made with ordinary bread pieces which are stuffed with cheesy mixture. It can be useful for any occasions like parties, picnics & road trips etc. Try this delightful recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
Bread - 4 slices
Chopped capsicum - 4 tbsp
Chopped onion - 4 tbsp
Grated processed cheese - 50 gms
Hot n sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Spread hot n sweet chili sauce on the one side of the bread slice.
Put capsicum and onion on the top of the chili sauce.
Now add grated cheese n black pepper powder on the top of the onion and capsicum.
Cover this stuffed slice with another slice.
Heat the Tawa over medium heat.
Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame, get golden brown.
Remove the sandwich from Tawa and cut into two pieces
Tip:
If using sandwich maker then let it preheat. While it is getting hot, apply the butter on bread slices. I have used the Tawa however you'll use the sandwich maker with or without a grill.
