* Mango Pana

Ingredients:
Raw Mango -3 (Medium size),
Sugar - 150 grams,
Mint leaves- ½ cup leaves,
Roasted cumin powder- 1 ½ teaspoons,
Plain salt- 1 teaspoon
Ice cubes
How to prepare:
Peel off the raw mangoes and boil it.
Then mix black salt, mint, sugar and roasted cumin powder in it and blend all integrand in the mixer.
After that take a glass and transfer that mixture in the glass and serve it with the pieces of ice.
* Shikanji
Drinking shikanji in the summer gives you instant energy. Shikanji helps to remove the dullness which happens during in this season. It can be prepared very easily and stored in the fridge for a few days.
Ingredients:
Lemon- 1
Water- 2 glasses
Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp or according to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar- 2 ½ tsp
Black salt (optional)
Crushed Ice
How to prepare:
Take water in a Jug.
Mix lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt and sugar in it.
Now filter the shikanji with the help of the strainer and transfer into the glass and serve it with ice cubes.
* Bel Sharbat (Vine Sharbat)
Bel's fruit is very healthy and drinking the syrup made from it benefits the whole body. It strengthens the brain and the heart & beneficial for the stomach. The Bel's sharbat fills the body with freshness and protects it from hot winds. It is considered as the nectar in the summer, so drinking the juice of Bel's fruit in summer is beneficial.
Ingredients:
Bel- 1 medium sized
Sugar- ½ cup
Cold water- 3-4 cups
Roasted cumin seed– ½ tsp (optional)
Black salt to taste (optional)
Ice cube as per the need
How to prepare:
First wash the bel and remove its pulp in a bowl.
After this add about 2 times of water to the pulp and mix well, causing the whole pulp to dissolving in water.
After this, filter out the Bel's solution with a thick hole sieve and remove the fruit fibres and so on.
Now add sugar to the taste and stir it. After that add black salt and roasted cumin and let it run well.
Remove it by serving glass and serve with ice cubes.
* Rose Sharbat (Rose syrup)
In the summer season, the rose sharbat is enough to keep your body full of freshness. This drink gives coolness to your heart and mind and also gives relief from the burning of the stomach.
Ingredients:
Fresh Rose Petals - 1 ½ cup
Hot water - 750 gm
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Sugar - 750 g
Rose water -200 mili
Water - 5 cups
How to prepare:
Wash and clean the rose petals and remove the excess water by putting the washed petals in the sieve.
Grind the rose petals and make its paste.
Mix water and sugar in a pan and prepare the sugar syrup. Put the paste of rose leaves, rose water and cardamom powder in syrup and mix it well.
Cool this mixture and filtrate the mixture.
Rose sharbat is ready. Keep it in the fridge.
To serve Gulab Sharbat, fill the ¼ cup of Sharbat Syrup in a glass. Now fill the rest of the glass with Coldwater.
Mix well and serve with ice cubes. You can also add a bit of lemon juice to make it extra tasty.
* Jaljira
Take fresh and cold Jaljira drink in the summer season. Jaljira also helps in stomach digestion and keep away the acidity and dehydration. It is very tasty and a good option to get relief from the heat.
Ingredients:
Mint leaves – ½ cups
Green Coriander leaves – ½ cups
Lemon- 2
Raita Bundi – ½ cup
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Roasted cumin - 2 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Asafetida – 1 pinch
Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
How to prepare:
Put the above Ingredients in a jar and blend them in the blender.
Then keep it in the refrigerator to cool it.
Serve it by pouring the Bundi on the drink for garnishing.
* Masala Buttermilk
Masala Buttermilk removes away the irritation and acidity of the stomach. It also helps to reduce the weight and keep the digestive system is in also good condition.
Ingredients:
Curd- 1 cup
Cold water- 1 ½ cup
Roasted Cumin powder- ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black salt- ¼ tsp
Pepper powder- ⅛ tsp
How to prepare:
Mix salt, black salt, cumin powder and water in curd and blend it in the blender.
Add ice to the glass and serve.
* Mint Sharbat (Peppermint)
Mint sharbat gives protection from dehydration and hot wind in summer. This will keeps your digestive system in good condition during the summer.
Ingredients:
Mint - a bunch
Sugar - 1cup
Water - 3 glasses
Piece of ice - 1 cup
Mint leaves - to decorate
How to prepare:
Grind the mint, sugar or jaggery, honey, black salt, black pepper and cumin powder in a blender.
Mix the lower quantity of this paste with water and transfer it in the glass and serve with an ice cube.
* Mango Mint Lassi
The lassi prepared from mango and mint will keep you fresh in summers. Make this energized drink and serve it cool immediately.
Ingredients:
Dahi or Yogurt- 1 Cup
Sugar- 4 spoons or as needed
Elaichi powder- ¼ tsp
Milk- ½ Cup
Mango-1 (washed, peeled, chopped into chunks)
Mango-1 (pureed)
Ice cubes
Mint leaves to garnish
How to prepare:
Mix mango, sugar, mint, cardamom powder, lemon juice, and curd and blend in a mixer.
Once the mango becomes smooth, transfer it into a glass and serve it with the ice cubes.
* Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe Vera is a very useful plant. Aloe Vera leaf- 1
Sugar to taste
Lemon juice or orange juice

How to prepare:
To make aloe vera juice, first wash the leaves of aloe vera and wash them well.
Cut the outer layer of the leaf with the help of scissors.
After cutting the outer layer of the leaf, remove the juice (Gel) from it.
After separating the white part of the aloe vera put it in a mixer and let the mixie for two minutes, it will change the aloe vera gel to the aloe vera juice. Tamarind Pulp- 2 tablespoons
Castor sugar- ½ cup
Black pepper- ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp or according to taste
Plain salt according to taste
Black salt according to taste
Mint leaves- 4-5
How to prepare:
Take the tamarind pulp in a big bowl and add 2 ½ cups of water to it and mix it well.
Mix all spices, sugar, black salt, plain salt to the tamarind water and mix them well.
Cool the beverage for some time in the refrigerator.
Pour out the tamarind drink into glasses, garnish the drink with mint leaves and serve it chilled.
